O.N.E. Community – Black Business Leaders & Professionals

On May 15, the Department of Management at the University of Toronto Scarborough invites Black-identifying business leaders and professionals to join U of T faculty and staff in the pursuit of building strong connections.

Jamii Moja 2024 aims to increase and sustain Black representation and connections made since its inaugural summer session in August 2022. It also aims to help create a positive and long-lasting impact at the university for underrepresented diverse professionals. 

Make connections and learn about classroom and co-curricular opportunities to: 

•    Become a sessional lecturer at U of T Scarborough
•    Mentor students and identify new talent
•    Engage as a guest speaker
•    Launch community-impact projects through Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) and/or experiential learning (EL)
•    Collaborate in research and teaching initiatives
•    Enhance students’ co-curricular experience

This event is open to professionals, alumni, entrepreneurs, founders, and community members across the GTA who identify as Black, in addition to faculty and administrators from the U of T community. There will be a networking session with food and refreshments.
