The Black Studies Summer Seminar <BLK-S3tudies> is a week-long research-centered initiative designed to encourage thoughtful academic-centered conversations and professional development opportunities for Ph.D. candidates, postdoctoral fellows, pre-tenure faculty, librarians, archivists, researchers and artists. Co-sponsored by the BRN, the goals of <BLK-S3tudies> is to facilitate training and development for PhD candidates, support and prepare pre-tenure faculty and advance the field of Black Studies in Canada.
