2025-2026 Job Opportunities with the Teaching Assistants’ Training Program

The Teaching Assistants’ Training Program (TATP) hiring the following positions for the 2025-2026 fall and winter sessions.

TATP is a peer-training program providing pedagogical support to the three campuses of the University of Toronto, through the Centre for Teaching Support & Innovation. 

The program annually hires a team of 15 graduate educational developers and co-ordinators to facilitate mandatory first contract training for teaching assistants and graduate student course instructors, as well as professional development and pedagogical support to graduate students at all three campuses of the University of Toronto. 

The Teaching Assistant’s Training Program is hiring the following positions:

  • TATP Team Coordinator – 3 positions, 300 hours
  • TATP Course Instructor Coordinator – 1 position, 300 hours
  • TATP EDI Coordinator – 1 position, 300 hours
  • TATP Graduate Educational Developer – 8 positions, 210 hours
  • TATP UTM Graduate Educational Developer – 1 position, 210 hours
  • TATP UTSC Graduate Educational Developer – 1 position, 210 hours
