Sustaining & Growing the Relationship in Community-Engaged Research: Opportunities & Pitfalls – CRIS

Event Overlay

Join the Centre for Research & Innovation Support (CRIS) for the fourth instalment of its Community-Engaged Research Faculty Discussion Club.

This session will focus on how to sustain and grow the research relationship over the course of the community-engaged research initiative, and beyond.

Guest panelists will offer their reflections on promoting partner participation over time, balancing different demands on academic and non-academic partners, continuing to foster trust and mutual respect as projects close, and identifying opportunities for future collaborations. Following panelists presentations, there will be a light lunch and opportunity to connect and learn from colleagues with an interest in community-engaged research.
