This session will focus on the new requirements introduced by the federal government to enhance research security. Under the new Policy on Sensitive Technology Research and Affiliations of Concern introduced by the federal government, researchers whose work is advancing a Sensitive Technology Area (STRA) must complete new requirements when applying for grant funding from the federal Tri-Agencies and Canada Foundation for Innovation (CFI).
