Black Table Talk at UTM

The University of Toronto Mississauga’s annual Black Table Talk will celebrate Black students, staff, faculty and librarians, and honour Black culture.

Black Table Talk is an empowering and insightful exploration of Blackness at UTM, fostering meaningful conversations and connections. This Welcome B(l)ack event offers an in-person opportunity to enjoy light refreshments while connecting with Black students, staff, faculty and librarians.

Together, participants help co-create spaces and inform initiatives that ensure Black knowledge, experiences and identities are respected, celebrated and empowered to thrive.
