Are you a Black undergraduate in a STEMM program who is wondering about getting involved in research? 

Join the Canadian Black Scientists Network to learn about the value of research experiences regardless of your career path. Hear from librarians, faculty, and other undergraduates and have your questions answered.

  • Undergraduates from across the country are invited to attend (online)
  • Students at the University of Toronto Scarborough are invited to attend in-person

Agenda:

  • 4:30 p.m. (ET): Doors open, snacks for in-person attendees
  • 5 – 5:40 p.m. (ET):  The value of research experiences for undergraduates + Q&A (all are invited)
  • 5:40 – 6:30 p.m. (ET): Research Opportunities at UTSC (relevant only to UTSC students; opportunities available across all of the STEMM departments at UTSC)
