BRN Academic Practice Lab: The Teaching Dossier

Event Overlay

The Black Research Network’s Academic Practice Lab helps researchers build practical skills, access key funding insights and explore success in diverse academic pathways.

This workshop is open to Black and Indigenous-identified faculty at the University of Toronto.

Topic: The Teaching Dossier

Hosted with the Centre for Teaching Support & Innovation (CTSI), this session offers an overview of the teaching dossier and guidance to help faculty understand how dossier components and divisional guidelines align.

We will unpack the teaching dossier by clarifying what evidence of effective teaching can look like, highlighting common challenges, and pointing to tri-campus supports and resources that can assist you as you develop or refine your dossier.

The conversation will be interactive. Questions are welcomed throughout.

This event will take place virtually. Please register to attend.

Note: Presentations from this workshop will be recorded and available on our BRN Resources page.
