Postdoctoral Fellowship for Data Science in Urban Research – School of Cities & Data Sciences Institute

The DSI is pleased to partner with the The School of Cities to co-fund Postdoctoral Fellowships focused on innovative and novel data science in urban research.

They are keen to support work that connects to its initial focal themes: (1) climate, justice, and cities; (2) migration, belonging, and thriving; and, 3) inequality, data and democracy. School of Cities welcomes a community of postdocs who meet monthly in a seminar, share data, and collaborate on projects.

Proposals will be evaluated according to the following criteria:

  1. The relevance of the topic to the School of Cities’ focal themes.
  2. The potential usefulness of the proposed research for the advancement of scientific or humanistic knowledge and/or the development and implementation of public policy, practice change, or community engagement.
