University Health Network – Chair in Family and Community Medicine Research in Primary Care

UHN, in partnership with the department of family and community medicine, University of Toronto, is pleased to announce a search for a founding Chair in Primary Care Research.

The successful candidate will have an existing program of research in, or that will allow them to become, a nationally and internationally recognized Primary Care scholar whose research is relevant to improving healthcare access for marginalized communities.  Familiarity with EMR primary care data and system integrated care delivery to patients is an asset. It is the expectation that this individual will lead an internationally visible research program including grant capture, training of graduate students and participation in the community of health professions research at the highest level.
