Equity Education Developer – Toronto Initiative for Diversity & Excellence

The Toronto Initiative for Diversity and Excellence (TIDE) is seeking an Equity Education Developer.

TIDE is a grassroots service group consisting of University of Toronto faculty members from across disciplines and campuses who volunteer their time to advance equity, diversity, and inclusion at the university. Founded in 2016, TIDE provides evidence-informed workshops and seminars to the U of T community, and shares resources and promising practices for inclusion.

The TIDE Equity Education Developer will be responsible for development, delivery, and assessment of new educational materials and education evaluation mechanisms responsive to the equity education needs particular to Canada Research Chairs (CRC), CRC nominees, CRC nomination committees, and research group leaders across the University.

The successful candidate will be a graduate student at the University of Toronto who is eligible to work as an RA.
