Assistant Professor, Nutritional Sciences – Temerty Faculty of Medicine

The Department of Nutritional Sciences in the Temerty Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto invites applications for a full-time tenure-stream position in the area of nutritional sciences.

The appointment will be at the rank of Assistant Professor, and the anticipated start date is January 1, 2026. 

The successful applicant must have a PhD or equivalent doctoral degree in Nutritional Sciences, Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related discipline at the time of appointment with a demonstrated record of excellence in research and teaching. The successful applicant will have expertise in interventional or experimental research (e.g., randomized controlled trials, crossover studies, etc.) involving foods and human participants.
